Direction

Measure once a week, in the morning before breakfast, after a normal exhale. Keep the tape horizontal and snug, without compressing the skin.

Use the midpoint between your lowest rib and the top of your hip bone. Take three measurements and record the average.

Keep the location and method identical each week so the trend stays reliable. Aim for a 3 to 5 cm reduction by day 90.
